Our booking system is called Magic Booking, where you can find available activities and book sessions for your children. You will need to register and create an account, this is so we can get all the necessary information about your child including dietary requirements and emergency contacts etc.
Once you have created an account you will need to provide this information on behalf of each child you wish to book for. You will then be able to book sessions!
When you register with Magic Booking, there is a membership fee of £20 per year applicable. This is per family and doesn’t matter how many children you register, it’s the same fee.
Ad-hoc Sessions
You can book individual, ad-hoc or emergency sessions using the Ad-Hoc Booking activity as shown below.
Contract Sessions
If you want to book regular sessions for every week, you can do so using the Contract Sessions Booking activity as shown below.
Payment
Payment can be made by debit/credit card, childcare vouchers or tax free childcare credits. You can also set up a payment plan and pay in instalments.
